A proper maintenance procedure includes replacement of the following:
- Clean and dust optics
- Wipe down lenses
- Replacement of DI filter
- Replacement of Particulate Filter
- Clean flow switch
- Flush cooling system
- Measure output
- Align optics
- Replace faulty mirrors
- Test safety filter
- Footswitch continuity test
- Replace blast shield as applicable
